Frankie R. Francese, CPA, CMA, MBA
Managing Partner
Frankie is the Managing Partner of Fortis
Consulting Group LLC. Frankie graduated from Rutgers College – School
of Business, Magna Cum Laude, with a BS degree in Accounting.
Frankie continued his education at Monmouth University, where he
graduated at the top of his MBA class. Upon
graduation from Rutgers, he joined the international public accounting
firm of Deloitte & Touche LLP where he performed the audit function
for a variety of clients. In
addition, while at Deloitte & Touche, Frankie was the chairperson
of the On-campus Recruiting Committee and Mentor Committee from which
he gained valuable recruiting experience.
Since 1996, Frankie has focused his career
on assisting others in their accounting and finance careers. While
being employed by the firm, Rylan Forbes, Frankie became the director
of all permanent recruiting operations in NJ. In this role, he was responsible for the selection, training and supervision of over 20
recruiters in 3 offices. In 2000, Frankie co-founded Fortis Consulting Group
LLC with former Deloitte & Touche co-worker Remi Pauwels.
In
addition to his recruiting experience, Frankie is a nationally
acclaimed instructor with the Becker Conviser Fox Review course where
he has taught since 1994. Frankie is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant. He is a member of the Institute for Management Accountants, the American Institute
for CPA’s and the New Jersey Society of CPA’s.
